You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use AnushthanWala.

Platform Role

AnushthanWala is a technology platform facilitating connections between users and independent service providers such as Pandits, decorators, and other ritual professionals. We do not perform or supervise religious services.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration details
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect service providers and agreed booking terms
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access

Service Provider Responsibilities

• Submit accurate KYC and professional information
• Deliver services as agreed with users
• Maintain professional conduct and punctuality
• Comply with applicable laws and traditions

Payments and Pricing

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. AnushthanWala does not store sensitive payment information such as card details or UPI PINs.

Pricing, commissions, and applicable fees are displayed prior to booking confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Users are advised to review the policy before booking services.

Limitation of Liability

AnushthanWala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered by third-party providers.

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Uttar Pradesh.
